About Seenbox
Seenbox is a small email service for small businesses. It helps an owner write to the people they already know, from their own domain, and then shows what happened to each email: who clicked, who probably opened, who bounced, and who gave no sign of reading.
Why we are building it
Most small businesses send email with tools built for large marketing teams, or from a personal inbox, and never find out what happened next. Open counts alone are unreliable, and no tool can tell whether an email landed in the inbox or in spam. We built Seenbox around that honesty: it shows proof where proof exists, says “no proof” where it does not, and helps the owner try again in a careful way.
How we work
- We onboard each customer personally, and set up their domain and mailbox with them. We never ask for passwords.
- We keep each customer’s sending separate, so one customer’s problems do not affect another.
- We check every list before sending, start new domains slowly, and pause a campaign if bounces or complaints rise.
- We do not sell or supply email lists, and we do not allow purchased or scraped ones.
Where we are today
Seenbox is in development with its first customer, a small business in India. We are keeping it small on purpose, so that every email sent through it is wanted.
